The Chateau has 126 acres planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot with an average annual production of over 18,000 cases. Purchased by Baron Philippe de Rothschild in 1934, the estate is currently owned by the Mouton branch of the Rothschild family. This is a Classic Bordeaux. The wine shows good color with sweet red fruit flavors and well integrated tannins. The finish was soft and smooth. Packed in a gift box.
